We had the unfortunate situation of suddenly needing assistance with both parents. They were in two different places and needed 24/7 assistance that was overwhelming the family. Amada provided professional assistance and went out of their way to make sure we had the bases covered for both parents and were extremely accomodating with our ever changing situation. Now that things have settled down, we are setting up routine schedules. I don't know what we would have done without their help and support! Thank you Taura and each of the caregivers involved!
