I’m excited to have recently joined this organization as the Director of Caregiver Operations. What stands out most is how much the owners genuinely care about their caregivers. They recognize their dedication with rewards and bonuses, invest in continuous training, and encourage career growth within healthcare. Being part of a management team that prioritizes supporting and empowering caregivers is something I’m truly grateful for, and I’m looking forward to contributing to this amazing culture.

I highly recommend Amada Senior Care! My mother was on hospice and her condition declined very rapidly, requiring us to arrange 24-hour care in a matter of days. I was there from out of state, so everything had to be coordinated quickly. From our very first phone call, Kapil and Jyoti responded with extraordinary compassion, professionalism, and urgency. They came to the house immediately to assess my mom’s needs, listened carefully, answered every question, and helped us navigate an incredibly overwhelming situation with kindness and patience.As my mom’s needs changed almost daily, they remained remarkably flexible, adjusting schedules, arranging caregivers on short notice, and moving all of the administrative pieces along quickly. Their communication was outstanding, they were consistently available by phone and text, responded promptly, and gave us confidence that someone was always there to help. During a crisis, that level of responsiveness is priceless.What touched me most was that when my mom’s condition changed unexpectedly and coverage was needed at the last minute, Jyoti personally came to help, staying overnight just in case, to ensure the caregiver was trained to manage the changing needs. That level of dedication says everything about the kind of people they are. They truly stepped in as partners, not just agency owners.Every caregiver they sent treated my mother with dignity, gentleness, and respect, and they worked seamlessly alongside our hospice team. Knowing Mom was safe and well cared for allowed me more rest and quality time with Mom. When Mom did pass, we had a very knowledgeable compassionate caregiver there to help us through the difficult process. They were truly like angels during one of the hardest times of our family’s life. Kap Kumar is truly someone who leads with heart. I’ve worked with him for years, and his compassion and dedication have always stood out to me. He cares deeply about seniors and about making life easier for families who are trying to balance so much. Kap brings warmth, patience, and sincerity to every situation, and he genuinely wants people to feel supported and cared for. He’s the kind of person you can trust—because he truly treats others like family.

Kapil Kumar, his wife Jyoti and their team took care of my father from shortly after my father’s move from his home to a rehab facility and hospital care (and back and forth between rehab and hospital), though his death several months later. The care that especially Kap and Jyoti provided was, according to my father (not an easy patient or an easy grader), enormously helpful and comforting. They were always willing to help, including providing services and sensitivity well beyond the level that we ever reasonably could have expected from paid caregivers. They were advocates for my father when he needed additional attention from understaffed medical facilities and overworked medical providers, and they kept him upbeat when his spirits were understandably lagging. Without question I’d say that they greatly improved the quality of the last few weeks of my father’s life. Most importantly, when family could not be with my father, they were there, ensuring that my father knew that he was not alone and that he was cared for. They overdelivered, and we are grateful that we had them supporting my father and the rest of our family.

I am deeply indebted to Kap Kumar and his team for the extensive care that they provided my ailing father. Kap is an incredibly kind and thoughtful person with deep expertise in this field, and his guidance proved invaluable to our family during a highly stressful time in our lives. They took care of my in-laws for a long time and what impressed me most was the fact that being the owners they also acted as occasional caregivers and very involved every single day and how my in-laws were doing. Their caregivers were humble, well trained, communicative, and empathetic. What I realized after I did my diligence, they were the best value for the money we spent on Care. These guys are always going to be my very first choice when it comes to taking care of my seniors or anyone else in my family.

Amada Senior Care has been a huge help in caring for my mother. They take her food shopping, are available for appointments, and give her help and companionship at home. My mother looks forward to their visits, which is great because she was hesitant at first to have people come over. I am very impressed by how dedicated Amada has been, and it’s been a pleasure working with Kap and Jo! Also, their flexibility in scheduling shifts is appreciated.

I have known and trusted Bridget for many years. Initially, I met her when she purchased my former hairdresser’s business and I watched her develop an excellent business sense as her salon expanded and she became active in the local business community. I taught two of her children and a niece of hers in middle school and interaction with her as a parent and aunt was remarkable. Our friendship has grown over the years . I have witnessed her development personally and professionally as she has accepted new challenges in the real estate world with vigor and common sense. Bridget is “ a people person” who embraces new adventures. She is imaginative and hard working. She has an excellent sense of humor and a sense of fairness. If you get a chance to work with her, or for her, consider yourself fortunate.

I’ve known Kap Kumar for nearly 20 years. I can say for sure that he is a man of integrity and that his desire to be of service is sincere and from the bottom of his heart. For several years we worked together on a volunteer project, and Kap was great keeping things organized and attending to a gazillion details without losing track. If I had an elderly parent needing in-home care, I would not hesitate for a moment in trusting Kap to organize their care.
