When speaking with your VA Primary Care Physician, request Amada Senior Care Central Indiana as your designated caregiving provider.
Eligibility Requirements
Military Service
90+ days active duty with at least one day during wartime. Honorable discharge required.
Personal Care Needs
Currently requires help with daily activities such as walking, eating, toileting, or dressing.
Income & Assets
Majority of income spent on care expenses. The VA determines acceptable asset thresholds based on age and need.
