I am very pleased with Amada Senior Care who provided us with a professional and caring team to assist in the care of my mom with dementia.

Very qualified and responsive team. Michael is a great caregiver, attentive, patient and creative. If you’re looking for care for an aging parent, I highly recommend them.

Amada Care, and in particular, Luis Vazquez and Daysha did a great job of accommodating my mother and her moods! She did not make things easy and yet Amada always stepped up when she needed care, including last minute scheduling. I appreciate the availability and the responsiveness. They gave great service to her and I thank them very much for their efforts in this regard to make sure my mother was taken care of.

I don’t live in the Miami area and urgently needed care for my grandmother. Amada was amazing from the first phone call I made to them! As a retired Veteran caring for an elderly parent the staff made it easy to navigate insurance eligibility cost considerations, etc… Not having to worry about all that and simply my dad’s care, was a load off my mind.

I’ve been working on moving my parents to Florida and needed to find an agency to help me navigate the transition and the whole process. I called Amada and left a message. They got back to me very quickly, they answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with their agency. They also said they could take on my parents’ case right away, and they were willing to help with the long-term care insurance policy that involved. I had a great experience, Mercy was very helpful. My mom can be difficult and they were patient and compassionate. They always responded and answered all our questions. The caregiver was very reliable and her patience was next level considering the situation. We were concerned the caregiver was not going to tolerate the situation but she handled it and we felt comfortable with her taking care of my mom. Overall, I would highly recommend them.
