Iam very impressed with this new owner-operated company in town. There are a lot of choices in home care provider companies and we are blessed to have many good ones in this town. But when I needed to recommend a company to jump into action quickly that evening for a family trying to get their loved one home on hospice, the owner JR did so and in a very impressive way! And I don’t just mean with efficiency, I also mean with compassion and love. I have recommended them to other families and gotten great feedback! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner (JR) and one of his therapists, Ashley (AWESOME!), when visiting a friend with dementia. These folks think of everything – which means YOU DON’T HAVE TO! They are also in tune to the patients needs; they communicate clearly and often; they are always on time; they are flexible to changing schedules and patient wishes (eg, going to the library); and I love how my friend has grown attached to her therapist.
