The service is great. They are kind, patient, and was very loving to my mother. They worked with our work schedules and was very flexible. I highly recommend Armada to anyone who needs assistance with an elderly parent.

I love this company! They have gone above and beyond for my husband. The actual owner( Kim)of the company came out and talked with my husband for an hour. They just chatted about any and all things. Sumer and Tiffany are just simply amazing, they’re like family to us. Great job guys all of you are top tier.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Kimberly Cotto. She is passionate and has a heart for helping seniors and their families. The team at Amada comes into your home and personal life so it’s important to have someone you can trust, depend on and build a relationship with. Kimberly will go above and beyond to match you with the perfect provider.

I feel very sad to write this review. My mother has been cared for by Amada, and most of the caregivers that I have encountered, explained from their own mouths they were not certified CNA’s. Some were, some were not. The care is never consistent., Depending on the caregiver, my mother laid out some pretty important things that mattered to her and they’re not done at all throughout the day mom’s been pretty unhappy, she deserves to be cared for in her own home and given a bath if she needs one and it’s was frequently denied. The most disappointing point with this company is She’s paid for a full week of Care this week(Monday)and today put in her notice that she wanted to cancel services in one week and they just left in the middle of the day in the middle of Care. She’s needs total care and they left her with no care and no way to feed for herself or do anything. What kind of a company would take her money and not at least complete the service that’s been paid for! Giving her time to look for a company or an in-home person that might be better suited for her needs instead of having several different come in throughout the week. I can’t believe they are allowed to take her money and treat her this way. It’s literally elder abuse. She is not mentally there, and I would find things out second knowledge. For her, and for lack of communication it is a 1 star review for me! Also to sit here and bring up my mother’s personal information on your review about your corporate office. I know we’re not stating her name but it’s kind of low-key low class. But thanks for the clap back.

I can’t speak highly enough about the exceptional care provided by Amada Senior Care. Their commitment to client safety and delivering top-quality service is truly outstanding. The caregivers are compassionate, professional, and always prioritize the well-being of their clients. Highly recommend!

I had a horrible experience yesterday concerning a family friend.

Don’t use this company. The caregivers sleep on the job. They don’t give baths for patients and all of the reviews they have are based off people that work there. Kimberly said a lot of things that could be done but failed to follow through. They state that they have trained professionals but very few if any have credentials for home care. Heed my advice, do not under any circumstances use this company for your loved ones. They will not deliver the necessary needs for them and that is a fact.

The staff was knowledgeable and compassionate regarding the care for my mother. I would recommend them as the first option. Kudos to Kimberly and team!
