Our Caregiver of the Month is chosen for their unwavering dedication to our clients and their embodiment of the comforting, competent, communicative, committed, compassionate, confidently humble values that define our caregiving community.<\/p>\n\n\n

July 2026 Caregiver of the Month: Joyce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With more than 23 years at Fairview<\/strong> and five years in nursing homes<\/strong>, Joyce brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for caring for others. She enjoys building strong relationships with clients and earning their trust through compassionate, dependable care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I like taking care of people and seeing the smiles, faith, and trust they have in me,” Joyce says. “I firmly believe that what you put in, you get back. I’ve worked for others, and Amada really cares about clients and caregivers.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joyce’s impact is felt by both her clients and their families. One family member shared:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“She has a good connection with my mom. She doesn’t push her, and Mom just loves her. She knows how to handle my mom. I truly appreciate what she does.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our team values Joyce’s reliability, strong communication skills, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed. Her extensive experience helps her navigate changes in behavior with patience, understanding, and effective redirection while consistently providing exceptional care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caroline stands out for her hard work, consistency, and willingness to step into more complex care situations with confidence and compassion. She supports clients with patience, professionalism, and a steady, reassuring presence that families can rely on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her skill and knowledge have not gone unnoticed. A hospice nurse recently shared how impressed she was with Caroline\u2019s level of understanding and the quality of care she provides, especially in sensitive end-of-life situations. That kind of recognition speaks volumes about the impact she makes every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caroline is also a strong communicator and a dependable member of our team. She is flexible, responsive, and always focused on doing what is best for the client. Her professionalism and follow-through bring peace of mind to the families she serves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caroline\u2019s journey in caregiving began in 2009. What started as PCA work for extra income quickly became something more meaningful. In 2012, she earned her CNA certification and set her sights on becoming a nurse. Today, with nearly seventeen years of experience in healthcare, she continues to grow in her passion for caring for others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She shares, \u201cBeing a caregiver is not just about getting through daily tasks. What truly makes my work fulfilling is helping people feel secure, stay independent, and hold onto their personal spark. I love building connections and finding ways to brighten someone\u2019s day while providing comfort and reliable support.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Families feel that impact every day. One client shared their appreciation for Caroline\u2019s commitment and excellence, noting her knowledge, kindness, and encouragement, as well as the peace of mind she provided during end-of-life care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
