Amada Senior Care Presents Continuing Education Program for Sanford USD Medical Center Case Managers<\/h2>\n\n\n

Amada Senior Care Sioux Falls recently had the privilege of providing a continuing education presentation for nurse case managers at Sanford USD Medical Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The presentation, titled “Hospice, Palliative and Home Care, Oh My!”<\/strong>, explored the similarities and differences between these important services and how they can work together to support patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Families are often faced with difficult decisions when a loved one experiences a serious illness, hospitalization, or decline in health. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Understanding the available care options can make those decisions less overwhelming and help ensure individuals receive the right support at the right time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
