They assessed our insurance coverage, VA benefits, and all options. Kevin took us for tours of multiple facilities showing us options in all price ranges. \n I\u2019m a retired nurse case manager and after 40 years of helping families with care options for their elderly parents, I now find myself seeking help for my Mom! I had the good fortune to have Amada Senior Care recommended to me. From the first phone call, I knew we had found the perfect group of people to help provide care for Mom. Amada has been amazing, easy to work with, knowledgeable and skilled employees who show so much caring and compassion, the real kind of compassion!. Kevin and Shanygne\nhave been incredible, they truly care about my Mom\u2019s wellbeing and offer support and suggestions to problem solve issues. They even helped set up tours of some assisted living facilities. They looked into mom\u2019s long term care policy for help to pay for their services. My Mom is having memory issues and Kevin made a list of questions and concerns for my Mom to take to her doctor appointment as he didn\u2019t want her to forget to ask. Kevin met with our family and helped us gather all kinds of information so we could make a care plan for my grandma. He walked us through a long term care policy review.
