We had Amada Senior Care for my mom from late October until she passed away on April 2. I could go on for days about how tremendous they were to myself and my mom. I’ve got a job where my schedule is very fluid and Halie and their staff made it work. But more important than logistics, they cared. They cared about my mom and that meant the most to me. I saw passion, I saw energy and I saw enthusiasm about them taking care of my mom. Then, when i got home, i saw excitement about how well my mom was doing. I was very very very protective of both my parents, sometimes prolly over protective, but I knew my mom was in good hands with their caregivers with her. It’s been about 9 weeks since my mother’s passing and it hurts every single day. It’s a pain that will never go away, but I also cannot be more grateful to Halie and her staff for the care they gave my mom.

After a family member experienced a serious medical emergency and was discharged from a two-month hospital stay, we were overwhelmed by the level of care needed at home. Thankfully, Amada Senior Care stepped in quickly and made all the difference. From the very beginning, they accurately assessed our needs and provided immediate support. We started with 24/7 care and gradually transitioned to a few hours a day, and throughout the entire process, every caregiver was compassionate, professional, and highly qualified. They assisted with medical care, bathing, meals, and light housework — all of which allowed our family to get some much-needed rest and peace of mind. Amada provided not just care, but true support during one of the most difficult times for our family. We are so grateful for their expertise, reliability, and the genuine kindness of their staff. Haile was so respectful and compassionate with my parents during our initial consultation, explaining everything in detail. She talked them through their concerns and hesitations, and worked with us to create a schedule and care plan that was perfect for our needs. She even met with us at home at short notice, which was a lifesaver to us. Haile is exceptional and prompt with communication and transparency, which has made our experience with Amada exceptional. The helper assigned to my parents went above and beyond. The team at Amada does not sit idle on the job, and our helper proactively finds ways to help, from cooking and light cleaning to even organizing things for my mom. We had a great experience with Amada Senior Care. Hailey Moore’s dedication to her clients and staff is top notch. It is quite difficult to find her dedication anywhere in today’s world. The team cared for by husband with his fractured hip while I recovered from surgery. They were the answer to all our needs: helping my husband with his bath and dressing, maintaining the house, ensuring we had meals ready, handling the laundry, etc. I would definitely call upon them again when the need arises.
