They are excellent in coordinating Medicare benefits with Long Term Care Insurance benefits as well as Hospice benefits. The person assigned to us for in-home care was wonderful, caring and I was able to confidently leave our home for a few hours to run errands, keep doctor appointments etc. If you are looking for in-home care, I urge you to make an appointment with Amada Senior Care – the best care service you can rely on for in-home care!! \n I can’t thank Monique from Amada Senior Care enough for helping us find the right place for my grandfather in Arizona. Being in Memphis, I was super stressed about coordinating everything long-distance, but Monique went above and beyond. She actually spent time with my grandfather, understanding his personality and what he wanted (not just what we wanted!). She sent us videos and photos of different places and was totally upfront about costs and what to expect. My grandfather is now settled in a great community that feels like home – he even joined their weekly poker group!
