Case Management Week Health Fair at Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amada Senior Care Sacramento joined\u00a0Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0in celebrating\u00a0Case Management Week<\/strong>\u00a0with a special\u00a0Health Fair<\/strong>\u00a0honoring the dedicated case managers who play a vital role in patient advocacy, coordination of care, and successful recovery outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Health Fair brought together healthcare professionals and community partners to recognize the impact of case management while providing resources and engagement opportunities in a collaborative setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
