The Caregivers are extremely attentive to the clients to the degree that they treat them as if they were providing care for their own member. Management is Top Notch! \n If you are looking for someone to help care for your loved one, look no further. Amada Senior care is outstanding. The owners Veronica and Dell go above and beyond to be there for you and your family. When my father was diagnosed with cancer and was placed on hospice my husband and I quickly realized we were going to need some help. Veronica worked hard to match us with the right caregivers and was so understanding when schedules needed changing or modifying as time went on. I was so desperate for support emotionally as well. Veronica was always there to listen or have a kind word as were the caregivers they provided. When my father passed away, unfortunately we were out of town, but I was comforted knowing he had an amazing caregiver at his side who lovingly cared for him as he transitioned and supported my mother during this difficult time. Both the caregiver and Veronica called me frequently to keep me updated as I was traveling back home. Their compassion, sympathy and support will never be forgotten!\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n Amada Senior Care was the best with my mother! As her health deteriorated, our needs changed. They were willing to change with us every step of the way. Sometimes, we changed hours, canceled hours, and tacked on hours. They never complained about it and were very accommodating, even if it meant switching out the caregiver for a temporary time frame. They were caring and treated us as if we were friends for years. They even did hospital visits to say hello. Thank you to the owners and the staff! They were all wonderful!\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n My association with Amada Senior Care began October, 2023. I’d fallen and fractured my R tibial plateau. There was the ambulance, the ER, admission, next day surgery, and transfer to a Rehab. Hosp. after a week, where I resided almost 6 more weeks. Then, suddenly, I was informed Medicare wouldn’t pay anymore and I was being discharged! Then I’m home, mid-70’s, elderly husband, without other relatives for regular help, starting a 6 to 9 month recovery path. I’d need a lot of help as I progressed from bedbound to wheelchair to walker to cane, eventual brace removal, then walking alone and driving, on my recovery journey.\n\nI was lucky to have purchased long term care insurance prior to retirement and that agent refered me to Amada. Dell handled all the set up connections and educated me on how their services worked. Veronica handled the nursing assessment and ever-changing care plan as I gradually healed, and supervision of my care provider. My provider was a young mother\/college student\/CNA, very strong, smart, and capable. She cooked, cleaned, did laundry, assisted with my personal care, ran errands, drove me to medical appointments, and helped keep me motivated with her sunny disposition. She had her hands full: they say RNs make the worst patients, and I was certainly depressed; but with Amada’s group efforts, I made it.\n\nI can not praise this company enough. This is a business you can trust. Their management skills were tops, medical care was wonderful ( I was truly pampered), their caring manner, understanding, and attention to personal needs and details were phenomenal, and if I had any concerns or questions they responded to a phone call immediately. I am greatly blessed to have recovered and am thankful for my successful surgery and rehabilitiation care, but I believe my safety, comfort, and physical and mental health on the remaining long journey to recovery was due to my assistance from Amada Senior Care.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

I was pleased with the kindness that all the ladies exhibited and the great communication with everybody on the team. My Dad thoroughly enjoyed the companionship, and made some new friends. Veronica, I really appreciate how you went above and beyond in terms of when we had a couple of days for the caregivers couldn\u2019t make it and you filled the spot yourself. That says a lot about the integrity of you as a person and as a company and caring for elderly people. You made what was going to be a very scary time in both mine & my Dad\u2018s life after being discharged out of the hospital after a three month stay and successfully getting Dad back into his own apartment and his own routine. That made a huge difference for all of us. I would highly recommend to anyone\u2026.if you need caregiver services for a loved one that Veronica & Dell at Amada are the team that you want to use.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
