\n i would like to write this review thanking Amada for all they do and have done for me and my family. The agency stepped in and placed us with the perfect caregiver that exceeded our expectations. I spoke with Dave and he was very accommodating to the needs of my mom. we were able to increase hours as needed and the caregiver they chose for my mother was so caring and loving she came in and was like an angel. The agency gave our family back our peace of mind knowing our mother was in good hands while i worked or took care of other matters was so reassuring. we don\u2019t know what we would do without the love and support we recieved from the agency. i would refer their services to anyone who needed help with a love one! just wanted to again thanks amada for all you do.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n I was impressed with the level of communication from the initial assessment, throughout the caregiving -from both the office and the immediate caregiver, as well as the follow-up at the conclusion of the caregiving time.\n\nI felt our caregiver was receptive to instructions and preferences that were unique to my father. \n When my father needed in home help as his health started to fail, it was a daunting task to think about. He had long term care insurance but it was not easy to navigate. I was referred to Dave by the broker of the long term care insurance. Dave helped us through the whole process of filing a claim, the medical visits and follow up. He was great. And my father got to start receiving in home care from Amada Care right away, even before the claim was approved. Amada Care didn’t charge us at all in that waiting time, and received their payment once it was approved.\nHe has had some really wonderful caregivers, including his current caregiver. My only complaint is that he had a lot of changes with caregivers in the beginning, which was very frustrating, especially when he really connected with one. However he has a great one now and we’re hoping she stays.\nAmada Care has been such a big help to me and my father.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

There caregivers are sweet and caring. They went above and beyond what was needed. They have an alert system that has been truly a life saver. Even when an originally scheduled caregiver canceled last minute Amada was able to cover the shifts with somebody else. The caregivers Have always been humble and\ndon’t have any problems doing whatever minor housework we ask. They even take care of my aunt’s dogs as well! Overall great company to use!
