Amada Senior Care has been a tremendous help to our family in caring for our mom. Their professional services and expertise removed so much stress and worry from a very difficult situation. They first helped us a couple of years ago with our assisted living facility search and more recently, our skilled nursing facility search. The staff is always professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and highly compassionate. For a recent skilled nursing placement, Jess was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She helped locate facilities with special amenities important to mom. She joined us on appointments and knew all the right questions to ask. She also helped with the process- what to expect with paperwork and timing. She closed the gap between what the facilities tell you and what you want to know – this brought great comfort to our family in making our decision. Prior to our skilled nursing placement, Cheryl offered her expertise and compassion during our time searching for an assisted living facility. She answered so many questions for us! Amada has people who truly care about your family, are honest, and want what is best for them and you! They are exceptional advocates to have when faced with these very difficult decisions. I would not want to work through these decisions without them. Our family is very, very grateful for their help.

We needed an extra set of eyes on my mom in order to have her return to her assisted living home. It was such a last minute requirement we turned to the facility who offered your organizations to meet our needs. I recently had the opportunity to visit on two different occasions and was able to meet Evy & Passion. I asked alot of questions of both of them. It’s always better to get your information up close and personal. These women have made a huge difference in my mom’s quality of life. They completely understand how this mom ticks! They have left her do or not do the things she wanted to do. Always safety in mind. They have personally interacted with her to create some simple crafts with the pics i sent her in the mail. I am so glad these 2 women take pride in their job. My mom has ALWAYS been a HUGE challenge! They sure know how to handle everything she can throw at you!

Unfortunately, my family was in crisis mode with needing additional help for my grandmother who is confused. We needed 24/7 private hire immediately. My family reached out to Amada and spoke with Craig. He was able to have Amada start that night…all the stars aligned that day! Craig is compassionate , understanding, caring, and lessened my mother’s worries. He really listened to us….which is hard to find in healthcare these days. We are forever grateful for Amada!!!

They are the best company loving caring i went thru so much when i lost my mom .they gave me plenty of time off to get better and go thru my sorrows and pain . Their humanity is great and their understanding is amazing. More like a family than a business. Love them to pieces

We have been using Amada Senior Care, specifically Cheryl, for the past 2 years and have been extremely pleased with their services. Cheryl is very attentive and compassionate while caring for our mother. We have zero complaints!

Amada organization is exceptional. They are immediately responsive if any problem. They return calls and e-mails promptly. The Aides they have provided are thoughtful and caring. I have used Amada for several years.

Amada Senior Care went beyond my expectations. My wife was in the hospital for 15 days. The memory care center would not accept her unless I scheduled seven nights of a 24 hour private duty aide. Fortunately, I was given Amada’s phone number. Within hours, their representatives made her return happen. I want to give a “shout out” to Craig, who was always a pleasure to deal with. The aides I met with were great people. I highly recommend Amada Senior Care!

Amanda really considers the needs of the client! They go above and beyond to match your loved one with someone who will provide a level of care that you would provide yourself!

Our family couldn’t be happier with Amada. Every step of the process from our initial meeting to ongoing care for our parents has been incredible. The caregivers have become trusted members of our family and we couldn’t be more grateful for the way that they care for our parents. Words cannot begin to express how grateful and impressed I was working with this agency. The health crisis of a loved one is difficult and traumatic, and the folks at this agency were able to provide overnight coverage faster than I could have hoped. I met many of their wonderful caretakers, most who exceeded my expectations with engaged compassion, caring, and competence, The office staff was always responsive and addressed any needs or concerns. These folks are doing something right!

We could not be happier with care we have received, across the board, from Amada. Everyone we have spoken with in the office has been courteous and kind. How gratifying it was to find Ed standing at my dad‘s door to provide a personal introduction to Amada. Our caregiver, TRACY, is a gem. My dad feels safe with her and enjoys her company. It is clear she takes real pleasure and fulfillment from her work. All in all, Amada has been a blessing.

I can honestly say this is the only job I’ve ever had where the communication is how it’s supposed to be. They are definitely professional and they always aim to make sure you are comfortable. I recommend people to this company all the time. They know how to treat their employees.

I would highly recommend Amada Senior Care to anyone seeking assistance or companionship for their senior loved ones. The compassion showed by Ed, the owner, from our first phone call/email exchange to the last day services were required was amazing. We felt like Amada was truly interested in what was best for my parents. The caregivers were wonderful, too! They treated my parents with respect while providing a watchful eye and engaging them in activities to the extent possible. I would definitely use Amada Senior Care again if the need arises.

From our first phone call to the intake process, weekly contact with the schedulers, on staff nurse, and most especially, the caregiver, it has been a great experience. Every staff member with whom we’ve had contact has been warm, helpful, and efficient. Arranging ongoing care for a beloved family member can be stressful and often complicated. What a relief to have found such a good, trustworthy agency to work alongside us!

I have had a very positive experience starting with the owner Ed to the caregiver Joseph, along with the scheduling group. My 93 year old dad fell and broke his hip, and he doesn’t believe he needs any help. From the first evening that Joseph entered my parents home, I new he would be well cared for, and I was correct! Thank you Amada Senior Care!

Amada was amazing at helping us take care of our parents. Their caregivers were super compassionate, knowledgeable and they made all the difference in my parents being able to stay at home. We weren’t sure how to use their Long Term Care Insurance but Amada took care of everything. I would highly recommend them.
