\n We have been using Amada for several years now. This is how caregiving should be.. excellent communication with office staff and caregivers. While not every caregiver is the best match for our family\u2019s needs they have all been very good and some have been even more exceptional. Office staff have always been on top of any needs for scheduling, billing, etc. The caregivers have been courteous and on time at minimum and wonderfully engaged, supportive and respectful. I would highly recommend Amada to anyone needing assistance at home with a loved one.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n My dad requires assistance with activities of daily living. Amada was recommended to us as a great company to provide Senior Care. Amada hasn\u2019t disappointed. \n We have been using Amada Care for 9months for my 95 year old father in law who suffers from Dementia. The communication across his the board has been excellent. From the initial request for service, to scheduling to communication from the caregivers. The company is very professional, and communicate efficiently (and this is extremely important when managing care for someone). The caregivers they employ are wonderful and obviously well trained and vetted. The company does its best to provide the same caregivers who work well with your loved one. The caregivers provide excellent care and give daily summaries of your loved one\u2019s level of functioning, behaviors and any physical or behavioral changes. I couldn\u2019t recommends this company enough as they provide peace of mind for our family!\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n Amada was highly recommended to me by a rehab facility. Amada provided excellent care for my dear friend and this allowed him to live in his own home for his last 11 weeks of life. He had no family, just me and my husband and a few friends. I couldn\u2019t have granted his wish to be in his own home without Amada. Our friend, who was just like family to us, had excellent and compassionate care that was individualized to his needs and wishes. He grew very fond of his caregivers and enjoyed their competent care and companionship. Amada ensured that all shifts were covered, and they had excellent communication with me if any caregiver was going to be late or replaced due to illness. It was so helpful that they could assist with getting him to medical appointments. My friend was so pleased to be in his own home, and he was happy to the end. At the time of his death his caregiver sat by his bedside and shed tears with me when he peacefully passed. We are so grateful for Amada. My husband and I are both healthcare professionals and are not easily impressed. Amada is an exceptional agency, the best we have experienced. Something of particular note is that every caregiver we met spoke very highly of Amada, and they expressed pride to work for a reputable agency that valued them as employees. I recommend Amada with full confidence, without any hesitation. From the intake to the end of their services at his time of death we believe our choice of Amada was the best choice we could have made.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n We were in need of someone to assist my aunt with her daily activities. The staff worked well to see we had some great caregivers for her. Always working with us to make sure we had the right fit. The 2 caregivers we had were very compassionate, caring, and made the quality of her life for the last several months much better. They also provided companionship. The company personnel are great and wonderful to work with and will work with you to make sure the needs are met. The caregivers are such nice and caring individuals. When my grandmother began needing in-home assistance, Mr. Pell was so kind and patient as he helped us navigate through all of the decisions, payment options, and getting care set up. \n Jeff and his team at AMADA are so awesome. They are easy to work with, they are very helpful in making sure you get the care that is needed and quick to respond to your needs. My dad needed more care that my sister and I could give and more than the Assisted Living staff could give. I called Jeff Pell and he came out, evaluated my dad, we agreed on a plan and they were up and running in a few days. The care needed increased and they were there helping and communicating and adding the needed care quickly. I really enjoyed getting to know my dad\u2019s care givers and I know my dad really liked them and looked forward to their arrival. Thanks to AMADA my dad\u2019s last months, weeks, and days were better because of their passionate, loving and professional care.\n\nThanks Jeff and your team for making a very difficult time a whole lot easier. \n We enjoyed working with Jeff and the other Amada staff. Jeff helped us coordinate getting benefits approved under my dad\u2019s long term care policy and worked with us to get the right caregiver in place. My dad and his caregiver became good friends during his time of care. He has since moved into an assisted living facility but he still keeps in touch with his caregiver regularly. We were pleased with the caretaking, meal prep, and light housekeeping services provided. This allowed our family to enjoy more conversation\/visitation with him during our time together and gave us peace of mind when we could not be there. She was also willing to accompany him to medical appointments which kept me from having to take time off from my job. Thank you Jeff, Diane, and Amada!\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n Jeff Pell and his talented staff were a God sent to my Aunt Joyce and I. They cared for my Aunt a couple of days a week from October 2019 until July 2020. Beginning in July 2020 she required 24 x 7 care. We were fortunate enough to consistently have the same caregivers as much as scheduling would allow. We loved everyone of the ladies and appreciated all that they did for us. I live in FL which made navigating many different aspects of senior care a bit difficult, but Jeff filled the void. When my Aunt needed in-home nursing visits, he helped me work through that. When she needed Hospice Care, he was there again. My Aunt passed 1\/15\/21 at the age of 95. I can honestly say that without the Amada Senior Care staff, the last 15 months of her life would have been much different, and not in a good way. I was fortunate enough to meet Jeff and a few of the caregivers. I cried on the phone with a couple of the caregivers that truly felt that we were family – and we felt the same about them.
