Jeff Pell, owner of Amada Senior Care Knoxville, understands just how much of a difference top-quality, compassionate care can make for families. After graduating from the University of Tennessee and serving nine years in the U.S. Navy, Jeff returned home—motivated by watching his mother work full time while caring for his grandmother “Nanny” at home with few support options available. That experience drives everything he does at Amada today.

Eligibility Requirements
Military Service
90+ days active duty with at least one day during wartime. Honorable discharge required.
Personal Care Needs
Currently requires help with daily activities such as walking, eating, toileting, or dressing.
Income & Assets
Majority of income spent on care expenses. The VA determines acceptable asset thresholds based on age and need.
