Caregiver Honored by Hospice Agency
A client’s family nominated Amada caregiver Norma Paris for the Hospice Caregiver Award and she was selected among several nominees. Norma received a gift card and plaque from Steve Pierce, president and funeral director at Muehlebach Funeral Care, sponsor of the award.
“Norma has been with us for three years and during that time obtained her CNA certification,” said Mandy Rodriguez, community care coordinator for Amada Johnson County. “She is very dedicated to her clients and extremely caring. She also has a great sense of humor! Norma goes above and beyond for her clients. This particular client’s family who nominated her for the award said that she was a great comfort to the client during his final days.”
“We couldn’t be more proud of Norma,” Mandy added. “She is a wonderful caregiver and truly deserves this recognition.”
