The ability for my grandmother to have some time to herself and know that my grandfather is in good hands has meant the world. How reliable they have been has been such a comfort to us. Korri was especially helpful answering all of our questions. \n This review is for the admin team at Amada- SUPER LOVE Kelly, Korri, Samantha and Lily!!! From start to “finish” (ongoing services), the process has been so wonderful working with these ladies! I deeply appreciate the compassion and warmth Kelly and Korri had during the initial intake process. But even after that, they have both been easy to access and have such stellar service in being available to us. As for Samantha and Lily, I am so grateful for how they have kept me well informed about the caretakers and in trying to help us to find the right fit for a caretaker for my mother. All of these ladies are: genuinely caring, patient, understanding, helpful and supportive! I wish all our other services that we need could be more like them! \n We met with Amber today to inquire about setting up a long-term care claim for my mother with Unum insurance. She was excellent explaining the process and facilitating the start of the claim.
