One on one Q&A and Finance Structuring
Our one-on-one call or meeting will help you figure out if you want to continue discovering the Amada Senior Care system.
We’ll also help you determine if you have the financial ability and background necessary to become a franchise partner. At the end of this meeting, we’ll send you Amada’s Franchise Disclosure Document.

The third step is a 1-hour meeting with our franchise team. We’ll also spend time going through the Amada Franchise Disclosure Document in-depth.
Your Market and Territory
Next, we’ll walk you through your potential market’s geographic size. We’ll also identify your market’s strengths and weaknesses and other critical aspects to developing a successful in-home care business within that territory.
Validation and Business Plan
At this point, it’s time to develop your business plan.
We’ll dive into Amada’s business model and with the previously-researched knowledge of your local territory, we’ll help you build a strategy based on our years of experience in many different markets. You’ll have a chance to speak with other Amada Senior Care franchise partners about their experiences and enlist their help as you develop your business and financial plan.
Discovery Day
The best part of our discovery process. You’ll join us in Laguna Woods, California and meet the entire team.
You’ll join one of our franchise experts on sales appointments and other day-to-day activities so you can see how it’s done.
Formalize the Agreement
At this point, we’ll sign the franchise agreement and the partnership begins.
Your 5-day intensive training in Orange County will be scheduled shortly after we execute the franchise agreement. Congratulations, step one of your territory domination is well underway!
