What Type of Training Can I Expect?

Initial Training

An intensive five-day training course—AMADA University—at our Laguna Woods, CA corporate headquarters. This includes full immersion into the administrative and operational sides of the business: sales and marketing, finances and human resources.

Localized Onsite Training

At the conclusion of the five-day training course, we head to your territory to kick-start your sales and recruiting strategies including interviewing caregivers, pursuing referrals at new and already-identified sources such as hospitals, and how to perform needs analyses for new clients.

Staff Development

It is imperative to us that our clients receive the highest level of care. This means that our franchise partners must hire caregivers that can consistently
perform on our mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve. To ensure this, we provide:
