\n I used Amada for 7-8 years to care for my grandmother, had it not been for them she never would have been able to stay in her home.\n\nGreg and his team are amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure my grandmother was happy and comfortable. \n I needed to relocate a family member into a senior living community. Tanya Hines, my placement representative, did an outstanding job. She understood my needs and took the time to identify several locations to look at. Ms. Tanya previewed the locations beforehand and even accompanied me on each visit.\n\nMs. Tanya was scheduled to go out of town, but understood the importance of my need to finalize my visit in a timely manner. She said don’t worry about! \n Requested a caregiver at the very last minute and they accommodated me with someone to assist me with a brain injury and mental health disability resulting from disability, I gave him very clear indications on what it would be like . I told him it would be challenging the caregiver came to be with me she did a great job assisting me there didn\u2019t seem to be any problems and then late that night I get a message saying that their caregiver didn\u2019t feel trained in my unique medical condition and would not be coming back the next day when I was promised care. UNETHICAL to leave a patient who is alone without care who is physically disabled from brain injury with severe issues. I am completely dealing with dementia and severe neurological disabilities and they left me without care with literally two hours notice!! I understand they couldn\u2019t continue the care because he didn\u2019t feel they had the proper skills but leaving me with no care for 12 hours on a Sunday when I was assured care is absolutely unethical. Never use this company.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The caregivers are prompt, dependable, kind, and very professional; and my mom looks forward to seeing one of them every morning. If it weren\u2019t for these caring professionals, I don\u2019t know how she would be surviving these very challenging Covid-19 times.
