Jennifer and Adam Busch, owners of Amada Senior Care City of Chicago, are grateful for the confidence and trust that clients and their families have placed in them when it comes to providing customized in-home caregiving. They know from professional and personal experience that caregiving requires a roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on approach. Their mission is to deliver tailored, compassionate, and dependable in-home care that enriches the lives of their clients in Chicago.
Why Us?
Amada Senior Care Chicago is A+ Certified by the Home Care Standards Bureau. Since our beginnings in 2017, we’ve become one of the largest in-home care agencies in Chicago and are in the top 15% of home care agencies nationwide. We have a highly trained and experienced team of nearly 100, including office staff and caregivers, but have the feel of a family run organization. We have also grown because of our advocacy-based mindset because we work to offer support and guidance, whether it is for our clients, their families, or our caregivers.
We also offer services many in-home caregiving agencies are not willing to do, or if they do, they charge a separate fee. We do this at no additional cost, including going to great lengths to help families understand healthcare resources available to them, and breaking down the complexities of Long-Term Care insurance (LTCi) policies as well as exploring senior housing options. We’re a local family-owned organization: our office is in Lincoln Park and we live in the Gold Coast area, where many of our clients and their families live, work and play. Owners Adam and Jennifer are a married team and very family-oriented; we like to say we are a family helping families.

My female partner suffered medical issues and serious injuries. This resulted in hospitalization, rehab, and treatment followed by the need for experienced caregivers at home to assist with daily personal care and everyday activities. We looked into several home care companies. Through meeting with and vetting these providers and our initial trial run (of home care), we selected Amada Senior Care Chicago as our provider.
We are so grateful to have found Amada Care. Amada stepped in to provide assisted daily living and end of life care for our father. They are now providing care for our mother. The caregivers are compassionate, kind and professional. Adam's expertise, compassion and professionalism are so appreciated. He has gone out of his way to match caregivers to our family's needs. He has kept us updated and share exceptional advice. He has helped us to navigate insurance and file claims. He and his team also extended such care and compassion to my dad and my family in the last days and weeks of my father's life. When issues have arisen, they have been quickly, competently and professionally addressed. We are so grateful to Adam, Jessica and the entire caregiving team. Thank you!
Amada Senior Care Chicago was my choice for caregiver services. From the moment I spoke to owner Adam Busch, I felt an incredible connection, compassion, and an understanding of my elderly parent’s care needs. Adam and his team continually go above and beyond with helping me manage a difficult situation. The personal level of service is something that is truly amazing. I feel as though they have become an extended part of the family. Our primary caregiver is superb, the absolute very best! I’m thankful every day. Amada Senior Care Chicago is highly recommended
This is an emotional decision for everyone involved, and our goal at Amada Senior Care in City of Chicago is to guide families through the placement process with wisdom, empathy and competence.
For some seniors, an assisted living community, typically offering non-complex medical services, may be a good fit. Others may require a bit more support and may be better served in a nursing home or different type of care community.

As a result, we have deep knowledge of all local care communities and can make sure our clients find the ideal placement to suit their care needs, locations, lifestyles, and budgets.
We also rely on our extensive experience to help our clients make full use of all benefits available to them, including veterans’ benefits and Long-Term Care Insurance benefits. The costs of assisted living may intimidate many families, but we can help them make financial decisions with confidence. To further ease cost concerns, the Amada City of Chicago team is pleased to offer its placement services free of charge.
