\n The assistance i\/we received was with the understanding and care of support needed for for my mom. Amy Robinson has such a warm heart and listened to all of our concerns and turned them into actions. This is a very difficult process for someone having to get assistance for their parents. With Amy’s help it took all of the unknowns and made it understandable.\nI can’t thank her enough! And she works very well with the rehab facility Alderwood where my mother was for 6 months.\nThank you Amy!!\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n Posting on behalf of my parents, who are currently using Amada:\n\nWe honestly can\u2019t say enough good things about the caregiving program and the support we\u2019ve received from Amada Senior Care.\n\nFrom the very beginning, the response time alone made such a difference. When I first reached out, things felt overwhelming and urgent, and they got back to me quickly. It immediately gave me a sense of relief that we weren\u2019t navigating this alone.\n\nWhat stood out just as much was how carefully they listened to our needs. They really took the time to understand what I felt my husband needed and what would make me feel supported too. That meant everything, especially as I have been his full time caregiver to-date and making the decision for more external support has been not one taken lightly.\n\nThey also helped me with insurance paperwork, which was a huge help. Anyone who\u2019s dealt with this kind of situation knows how confusing and exhausting that process can be. On top of that, they went a step further and looked into additional programs my husband might be eligible for, including veterans benefits, things that honestly were not on my radar at all.\n\nAnd most importantly, we both absolutely love the caregiver who\u2019s been matched with us. She is truly wonderful with my husband. Bridget is patient, kind, and respectful and she\u2019s also been such a source of support for both of us. I trust her completely, which is not a small thing when you\u2019re inviting someone into your home and into such a vulnerable season of life.\n\nThis whole experience has made a really hard chapter feel a little less heavy, and I\u2019m incredibly thankful. \n Senior Care, and Beyond\n\nI wish I had the words to fully describe the incredible team at Amada Senior Care, Bellingham WA. Even though my brother was not quite a senior, Nathaniel Egging and his staff stepped in during a very challenging time for our family and treated him with so much care and respect. Many centers may claim that they will adapt their services to meet your needs but not everyone does; not everyone delivers. Every contact I had with Nathaniel and his team was kind, respectful, understanding, professional and compassionate. They seemed to understand what I was living through and stepped in to support me in ways I had not expected.\n\nThey met with my brother, helped him pack and close his apartment. They kept a close eye on him, and even accompanied him on the 3 -day train trip from Washington State to Washington, D.C. Knowing he wasn\u2019t alone and was truly cared for every step of the way meant everything to me.\n\nTheir kindness, patience, and attention to detail gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. The staff at Amada were incredibly helpful and really took the time to explain all of our options, including how things would work with her long-term care insurance.\n\nNow that she’s all set up, I can say that the care givers have all been professional and friendly and everything is running smoothly.
