Retirement Connections<\/a> is the region\u2019s most comprehensive printed resource for seniors. The 2026-2027 printed edition is now out.  See Amada\u2019s advertisement on page 40.  Pick up a copy at most hospitals, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, or even the Amada Auburn office.  We got a whole box full!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Martin Onstot attended the release party for this special publication.  This event is one of the largest networking events in the Puget Sound for senior providers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Chamber of Commerce and State of the City Address<\/strong><\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n

Mayor Carter attended the Bonney Lake Chamber<\/a> of Commerce monthly meeting to give a state of the city address.  A particularly hot topic was the upcoming renovation and temporary closure of the Bonney Lake Senior Center. Amada is ready to step up and help keep seniors engaged.  The expected closure is several months.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Amada Responds to Blood Works NW Code Red<\/strong><\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n

Bloodworks NW<\/a> put out a code red for donors.  Amada Auburn Valley answered the call!  Fortunately one of the mobile drives took place at Auburn MultiCare Hospital<\/a> which is right across the street from Amada Senior Care.  Martin walked out the door, crossed Auburn Avenue, and happily did his part to help save lives here in the Pacific Northwest.  And of course, it was a great opportunity for Martin to share with the phlebotomists about how Amada cares for seniors at home in this wonderful community!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Community Outings & Events<\/strong><\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve been staying actively involved in our local senior community by participating in several resource fairs and events this spring and summer. From the very first resource fair at Adriana Senior Apartments to the Sumner Senior Center and Cogir of Kent, these events are a great way to connect with seniors and share helpful resources. I also enjoyed returning to Mariblu Apartments to sponsor their Happy Hour, where we were able to assist a resident in getting her TransAmerica claim activated. It\u2019s always rewarding to build relationships and support seniors right where they live.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n \n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
