Meet Brad Condon
Brad Condon, owner of Amada Senior Care Albuquerque, was inspired to open his agency by his mother, with whom he shared an extremely close relationship. She was diagnosed with cancer in 2021 and passed away—and was unable to receive in-home care where she lived in Australia. “When I returned home to Albuquerque,” Brad says, “it was with a lot of incentive and motivation to offer exceptional in-home care services based on our family’s experience.” Brad is committed to ensuring Albuquerque seniors have access to the best personal home care available.

Eligibility Requirements
Military Service
90+ days active duty with at least one day during wartime. Honorable discharge required.
Personal Care Needs
Currently requires help with daily activities such as walking, eating, toileting, or dressing.
Income & Assets
Majority of income spent on care expenses. The VA determines acceptable asset thresholds based on age and need.
